Your data, in your control
Privacy is part of how Gilean is built. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with advertisers. The data you enter is used to provide and personalize the service, and you can delete your account or wipe all data at any time directly from the app.

- Plan generation uses Google Gemini AI — only the questionnaire data needed to build your plan is sent.

Is Gilean free?
Gilean is currently in soft launch. The first version on the App Store is free to download. Pricing for advanced features may be introduced in future updates.
How is my plan generated?
You complete a short questionnaire about your goal, body, lifestyle, dietary preferences and constraints. Your answers are sent to Google Gemini AI, which generates a fully personalized nutrition and training plan in seconds.
Can I regenerate my plan?
Yes. From the Account tab you can re-open the questionnaire, change your answers (including intermittent fasting and language) and generate a fresh plan.
Which languages are supported?
Italian and English. The app auto-detects your device language and the AI plan is generated in the same language. You can switch language anytime from Account.
